VANCOUVER, BC - FEBRUARY 8TH, 2010 - Arc2 Intertainment & Qube Film celebrated their well received TV show FMA Entertainment Weekly "Olympic Edition" episode, which airs Saturday February 13th, 2010 at 10:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time) on KVOS TV, with an exciting media launch & red carpet party at the elegantly chic Circa Restaurant & Lounge.
Invited VIP guests, celebs, media, local fashionistas, musicians, artists, fashion designers, TV and film producers walked the "snowy" red carpet for photo opportunities, packed inside to watch the filming of live interviews, sipped flavourful wines by Le Vieux Pin, nibbled on tantalizing canapés by Circa, enjoyed DJ Carver’s spinning tunes and a live music performance by Destineak’s Bobby James and Christina. For those that could keep the party going went to Barcelona for an After Party.
In a charitable and Olympic spirit, attendees bought Van’ Kerchiefs by owner of Avante Garde hair salon Jon Paul Holt and designer Deborah Vandernaker with proceeds from the evening given to BC Children’s Hospital. The fashionable crowd included FMA Entertainment Weekly’s TV Show hosts and publicist outfitted in RozeMerie Cuevas of Jacqueline Conoir’s spring and summer collection.
The soirée attracted celebs including: Mike Reno - Loverboy, Steve Bacic - The Guard, Elise Gaten - Smallville/Tower Prep, Dustin Ericksen - Battlestar Galactica/ Slap Shot 3, Madi Ross - International model, Janine Kray - Actress, Jennifer Silk - Model & stylist, Jude Feller - Fashion Designer, Tyler Weiss - nominated for 2010 Grammy, Pamela Masik - Artist, Chan Hon Goh - Principal dancer of National Ballet of Canada and renown ballerina from Goh ballet, Jason Matlo - Fashion designer.
