Fashion Rocks Vancouver – Charity Event Broadcasting on the World Stage

Arc 2 Intertainment is proud to announce that Fashion TV Paris (France) has become the international media sponsor/partner of Fashion Rocks Vancouver. Fashion TV (France), the only 24/7 international channel dedicated to Fashion and Beauty, will broadcast a Fashion Rocks Vancouver event clip a minimum of 20 times on their international cable and satellite signal (reaching 132 countries and over 138 million households).

Furthermore, CHUM's Fashion TV will be covering the event during the segment “The Week in Fashion”, giving Fashion Rocks Vancouver a chance to be broadcast across Canada . Fashion Rocks Vancouver will therefore be broadcast across this country, and across the world with the help of Arc2tv's internet broadcast system and France 's FashionTV.

On September 30th 2004, Arc 2 Intertainment is bringing Vancouver an experience that will celebrate our distinctiveness, as well as our Canadian talent and beauty at The Centre in Vancouver for the Performing Arts. This community event will entertain and bring together all the individuals that live here, as Arc 2 combines a visual feast of fashion with a symphonic indulgence of vocals and instruments. Not just a runway show. Not just a concert. This formal occasion is aimed to recognize the designers, artists and musicians who devote so much to their art, as well as to give back to the community.

Arc2's Fashion Rocks Vancouver will directly benefit the local community, by donating all net proceeds to two charities: Buried Heart ( www.buriedheart.com )– which raises money to fund detoxification centers for women of the lower east side, and Medallion Housing Society ( www.medallionhs.com )– which provides mentoring and financial aid for home ownership for single parents.
